Welcome to Morning Dew Artisanal Grazing. By placing an order, booking our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Services

Morning Dew Artisanal Grazing provides grazing tables, platters, and catering services specializing in fresh produce, cheeses, meats, and accompaniments.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Orders & Bookings
    •    All orders must be placed in advance through our website, email, or agreed booking channel.
    •    Orders are confirmed only once we have received a deposit or full payment, as required.
    •    We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings for any reason, including unavailability or non-payment.

3. Payment Terms
    •    A [50%] non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking of Large Boards and Tables.
    •    Full payment must be received by 1 day before the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    •    We accept Check, Cash, Visa & Mastercards.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Cancellations made more than [3 days] before the event will forfeit the deposit but may receive a partial refund of any balance paid.
    •    Cancellations made less than [3 days] before the event are non-refundable.
    •    In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
    •    Our grazing tables may contain allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and seafood.
    •    While we take care to label and separate items, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
    •    It is the client’s responsibility to inform us in writing of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

6. Food Handling & Consumption
    •    All grazing products are prepared fresh and should be consumed within [X hours] of delivery/setup for safety and quality.
    •    Once food has been set up or delivered, responsibility for its safe consumption lies with the client.

7. Event Setup & Equipment
    •    Any platters, boards, props, or display equipment provided by us must be returned in the condition received, unless otherwise agreed.
    •    Loss or damage to hired items may incur replacement fees.

8. Liability
    •    We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from the consumption of our products or misuse of our services.
    •    We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, transportation issues, emergencies).

9. Photography & Marketing
    •    We may photograph our grazing setups for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your event photographed, please notify us in writing before the event date.

10. Intellectual Property
    •    All website content, menus, designs, and photographs are owned by Morning Dew Artisanal Grazing and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Long Beach, Ca, and any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction.
